I love the product, well my cats do! But, this is the 3rd time that when my cat foid has been deliver with busted food cans! I feel that if I am ordering I am assuming that they are taking precautions with the things that I am ordering. I have learned my lesson of not ordering cat food anymore.

Since the product hasn't been in the physical store this was the only way to feed the starving cats in our house (they are the ones who say they are starving and everyone knows how cats lie).

I am happy with Sam's - 0 stars and below for Sam's delivery provider - FedEx, lazy, will not deliver to designated area - good luck contacting customer service. My only recourse is to stop Sam's plus.

In-store, they had "shreds" and not pate. Since we were out, I bought it anyway. Sure enough, our cats refused to eat it. Fortunately pate was available online so I had a case shipped. It arrived a few days later. I ended up donating the shreds to a friend who runs a cat rescue.

It's Friskies. The cats like it. Only problem is, I had to order it on-line because the store sells the one with the Farm Fresh in it and the cats don't like the Farm Fresh. Then when I received the order, about half of the cans were dented (some to the extreme where it was hard to get the food out of the cans).

I opened the cardboard mailing box, but set the Friskies cat food package aside until I needed to open. A few days later we started to smell a really bad smell! We opened the box to discover many cans were badly dented and some were even leaking which is what we were smelling. Real disappointment to have to discard so many cans.

The outside shipping box was fine. The product box inside was demonlished! Torn in several places, most cans dented, obvious water damage to part of the box and many of the labels. Just horrible condition! SHAME ON THE RETAILER packing the box. It truly looks like the box and cans were horribly damaged before being put into the shipping cardboard box. Very disappointed and won't order this again!

Received this with a dozen cans dented and at least two looked like they had leaked but I couldn't find where. One can I threw away so far because it looked horrible when I opened it.

i have ordered case after case of this product. the last 3 have come reeking of spoiled rotten catfood. when I open the cases the cans are dented and some of them have been busted open inside the case covering all the other cans. first time i thought oh its a fluke, second time well if it happens again, well it has. truly would like them to replace these they are not cheap

Although the cat food was shipped in a bigger padded box when I opened the inner box about 6 cans were dented and 3 of those were smashed and leaking. I thought I'd been smelling something rotten but attributed it to some garbage. There were gnats and maggots everywhere!!
