Packages were received earlier than promised which was good but one box was taped up and I didn't look at it until later when I was ready to use it and it was starting to smell. Two of the cans were damaged and open and rotting. Very frustrating. As being the box was taped prior to shipping it should have been checked closer. If I were picking my own boxes at the store I would not have grabbed one that was all taped up.

This was a replacement as our first shipment which was combined with lightweight items and once delivered the case of cat food was missing the the boxed was broken and taped up. Cases of cat food should be shipped separately. Sam's Club was called and a replacement was sent out immediately. The missing case was never delivered to us or as far as we know not returned to Sam's Club.

My Abyssinian cat is VERY finicky. She likes some of these flavors and not others. But that's she. I would have given this a 5* rating, but the cans are not full of solid cat food. Yes, they all seem to be 5.5 ounces, but a small amount of that is liquid. Otherwise, no problem.

My cat lives these pate by friskier. He won't eat the shreds. I just wish they sold in store as well or for curbside pick up. Cats are finicky and more choices should be offered. The dog food selection is huge but not the cat food I honestly think cat owners would appreciate it esp for those who feed colonies and who work in rescuing stray cats etc.

Cans have always shipped in excellent condition. No dents, no popped tops. Its not the fanciest brands on the market but has kept my cats alive for many years. I buy these for my cat who insists he needs to be outdoors to live his best life. He gets one can twice a day to supplement whatever he might catch in the wild. Because he can eat one in a short period of time there is no waste to attract wildlife. I like that there is a variety of flavors, I hope that he does too. LOL

The product was fine but the packaging was poor. The delivery person or packaging person must have thrown or dropped the box because 3 cans of cat food split open. Since the box was not opened immediately I didn't notice the open cans until they started to smell. These cans are not made of hard core steel and shouldn't be just thrown around.

One of the cases must have been damaged somewhere along the line from the producer until delivery, because it had the most horrid odor coming from it. When I opened the case it was infected with MAGGOTS. Several of the cans were dented and showed signs of the lid being damaged. Horrible!

I was tired of going off to the supermarket or pet store to get food for my cat, so bought this whole case of 60 large cans, which will certainly see me (or rather, the cat) through the winter. Luckily, my cat seems to like this wet food over the high-priced one! The convenience of having this 60-can case delivered is remarkable!

Delivery was on time as indicated. Always when I order this item there are several dented cans. Some have split open slightly on top. Some of the gravy leaks out inside the case and making that/those particular can(s) rotten. So they have to be thrown away. That is an expensive waste.

My cats like a variety, they will only eat about half of the flavors included, but it is acceptable if you have to buy a case of food already packaged. I prefer to select individual cans with flavors they will eat, but they are hard to come by. Quality is good, shipping was excellent, price high but along the lines with other "B" grade cat foods.
