Once again the delivery person dropped the box onto the concrete porch and many of the cans were dented - some to the point of bursting open. Had I not been home to pick it up quickly it probably would have been full of insects by the time I returned. I know it's a heavy delivery but there is a bench on the porch that could be used. Some training may be needed to explain that haste sometimes does makes waste.

This product is only available to us through shipping. This is the second order in a row that we have experienced problems with the shipping. The previous order, someone simply just slapped a shipping label on the flimsy cardboard box that the cans come in and they were damaged when we received them from FedEx. This order, FedEx simply just left it somewhere and said it was delivered.

Buying this at Sam's is keeping the 30+ cash we inherited at the house that we bought allowing us to keep them happy with full tummies and their fur is gorgeous. Because of the amount when you go through each day 20+ cans Sam's has been a blessing. Now sadly I have been stopped from buying more. I don't understand why I could understand each purchase that why can't I buy five each time I buy? I need the pate for them. We have a variety of ages. Many cannot handle the other blends. It upsets their stomach. Please change the policy. We are working on getting them all fixed than and whatever else they need. They have a forever home with us.

My 4 cats are very picky eaters. They've had Fancy Feast since they were babies, but like humans, they get tired of eating the same things. After trying several different brands, they have accepted the Friskies pate. One can can be divided into 2 of their dishes, where it took 2 cans of FF. I still put a can of FF in the other 2 dishes so they continue to have a choice.

No!!! My cat ate a small bit of what I set out for her for two days then wouldn't touch it again!! She does not like it one bit, and will not eat it. What the heck am I supposed to do with a case of it now?! The ones I have her were soppisedly fish oriented too!!!

Not sure what to say… the shipment process was terrible. They just put a shipping label on the store box & sent it. Showed up torn, taped & missing cans. Would rate that a one star. Went on Sam's.com to register complaint. Not easy to find. Tried to attach pictures, not easy. Two stars.. two weeks went by, finally got a call… agent was pleasant, acknowledged issue & offered refund. 4 stars. As a longtime member & former employee, I found this ridiculous. Sam's should do better.

Sam's is always a fine shopping experience, from the beginning, up to the delivery placement. Your perfect address label shows packages are asked to be delivered to my side door, but my boxes are almost always set at the front door. I know the drivers are busy and rushed, but I still wish my orders would be delivered to my side door. Boy, that would be perfect. plus.

I don't think I'll order this on Sams.com again, because the delivery is always bad. I've ordered online several time and there are always at least a few cans that are smashed open or dented as to be unusable. My cats are happy and healthy with Friskies canned food and I prefer serving the pate to the shreds, but I wish there were fewer cans with fish as an ingredient in this box.

The last cases I purchased had several cans in each case where the cans were dented so bad the lids were opened. The food obviously was spoiled. The outside cases showed no signs of damage so the damage must've come from the factory itself during packaging.

It is a shame that I cannot get this product at my local Sams Club. I have to fill in the feeding gaps until this can be shipped to me because my local Sams Club cannot get the ordering right. Is it unreasonable to expect that what you go to the Club for will be there? It is always a pleasant surprise that they have it, which does not happen on a regular basis.
