I've been feeding this to my cats for awhile but the other day my cat threw up after eating and I just assumed he ate too fast or too much. It happened again so I looked it up and sure enough I saw warnings from other people saying their cats got very sick with batch #1159. I checked and that was the same batch I have. I threw it out and we are on day 3 now and he can't even take a bite of food without throwing up. This batch needs to be recalled! I don't know why it hasn't with many cats getting sick. I honestly will never but friskies again and just hope he will feel better soon. If he's not better tomorrow I'm taking him to the vet.

I have bought this 24 pack of pate for several years,but now within the last couple of months there is more water content than there used to be and when you heat it up in the micro-wave it makes a mess even when covered by a paper towel. Do the people in management think we are not smart enough to notice the increase in water as a way to reduce the solid portion and keep the weight the same as in more profit at our expense? This is not making me and others I'm sure happy about Purina/Friskies pate,that makes it a whole lot less user friendly when you are trying to warm the pate for our pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat favorite wet food was the turkey pate. He like the other flavors and he enjoyed eating them. He would eat the whole can if I let him. The fish flavor pate he didn't like a lot but he did eat it.

After opening the can and putting the food in their dish they gave the sniff and simply devoured the food. The texture is not like other brands out there and it easy for my cats to eat and digest. As with any cat some can be sensitive to different kinds of foods, my cats loved this I will be purchasing this to store in my pantry

I like that it is a balanced nutritious diet for adult cats and that my cats all loved it which is rare because a couple of them are very fussy about their food. As soon as I sat it out they all came running and cleaned their plates!

I have an inside cat, along with 4 outside cats and the pâté is the only kind of wet cat food that my inside will eat, and the outside cats absolutely love the ones that have the gravy in it!! My inside cat is very stubborn and honestly it doesn't matter what kind of the patê that I get for him, he will eat it! so thank you!
