Love the idea of large quantity but when the shipping box is crushed it is a pretty good bet so is the product - 5 cans crushed and unable to use. There are several other reviews listing the same issue, you would think Sam's Club would take steps to correct this.

POOR HANDLING BY SAM'S CLUB! Need to train people to ship properly! Nothing to cushion the boxes, 2 cases in 1 FedEx box with nothing to cushion them. 1 case arrived crushed again and second case had spillage on it from the other case so I thought! Wrong! See the photo's, not sure what the bug casing are but everywhere! This was crushed a long time ago because no smell in this case!

I have purchased this item several times in the past year. Unfortunately, the shipping packaging is very inconsistent. I've complained, I've returned them, nothing works. Sometimes, I receive my order with an outer box and well packaged. But most times, shipping sticks a label on the packaging and hopes for the best. So many dented and leaking cans. Sams Club customer service, please let your shipping department know that they need to do better. And before anyone asks, no I can't just return them. I purchase this item because I need it and it is virtually impossible to find, even at Sams on a regular basis.

THIS is not Sam's fault. Nor the delivery truck's fault. THIS is the manufacturers fault. !!! I've been buying this item for years. But now? What I got were sloshy cans of broth, 1/2 filled cans of soupy contents of few lumps and more broth. NOT PATE' at all. Friskies' quality control has certainly hit the skids and is now producing an inferior product. I'm wondering if WalMart's own wet cat food brand is more reliable now.

We have an older cat with bad teeth; this is a real help to her.
