[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink carnation instant breakfast powder almost daily and keep on hand for my picky eater when nothing else works. The best part of this ready to drink version is definitely having it ready to go in a rush or to keep by my bed for midnight pregnancy hunger pains. I usually drink the plain chocolate flavor in powder, but do love everything cookies n cream so I was excited for this flavor. It is smooth and no chunks at all which I was slightly concerned it might have considering the flavor, but it doesn't. It tastes similar to the chocolate flavor but with an extra sweetness that is similar to icing flavor without being overly sweet. I really like the flavor and that it doesn't need to be refrigerated to drink (tastes great room temperature or cold). Even my son, who is very picky about his drink flavors liked it so it's definitely a flavor we will stick with.

The flavor of mixed berries was subtle and not overbearing to the taste. The drink itself was smooth with no chalky taste at all. Overall this is well tasting protein drink.

I love how quick and easy it is to make—just mix it with milk, and you’ve got a delicious, creamy drink that actually keeps me full. The flavor is so good, especially the chocolate, which tastes like a treat but without feeling heavy or too sweet. I also love that it’s packed with vitamins and protein, so I feel like I’m starting my day on the right foot, even when I’m in a rush. It’s perfect for those mornings when I don’t have time for a full breakfast. Honestly, it’s become a staple in my routine, and I can’t recommend it enough!

My dad is at that point where he doesn’t want to eat as much as he used to. The 240 cal from these drinks are awesome for rounding off his requirements. I do wonder if he needs to take a lactose pill when drinking this as he’s in tolerant to it? Anyone know?

Ive been drinking these almost all of my life and Im now 27, namely the french vanilla and the now discontinued cappuccino ! I understand alot of young people dont like the chocolate malt thats discontinued. But coffee flavored mixes and beverages are all the rage these days. I think this company would skyrocket with that flavor if they brought it back! Please think it through!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item for review. The flavor of the drink mix is nice and chocolatey. I appreciate the health benefits too. I find that it does not dissolve in my milk or oat milk all the way. It could be good in a smoothie, but I don't find I want to add the extra calories to mine. I would have this again as a breakfast substitute and I think it would appeal to kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did receive this free from influenster for my honest opinion and I have to say this product is great for any substitutions,as a quick on the go drink for a snack to hold you over is what's best in my book. I definitely recommend this rich chocolate breakfast essential by carnation!!!

Sometimes I just don’t have a cup or the time to mix their original powder mix, so the ready to drink bottle form suites me better. I do taste a slight after taste in my mouth after drinking but nothing overbearing.
