I've been using Carnation Breakfast essentials ever since I was a youngster(Teenager)...They have changed the name slightly from Carnation Instant Breakfast, but in essence it seems to be the same product...it was then and still is now a nutritional, quick prep, flavorful way to get all you need for Breakfast! Now I am an oldster(76) and still enjoy a good Carnation breakfast essential most every morning! Imagine all the prep time I have saved over the years!!!

This is a staple in our household. My son at 15 has been drinking at least one a day for the last 12 years. We even pack some packets when going on trips and camping. He loves the flavor and I love the nutrients. I about panicked when Sam's stopped carrying it in store a while back, but thankfully we can still order online.

This is an expensive, but just as nutritious product, as other meal replacements/supplements, such as Ensure. It also has a better taste than other nutrition drinks, such as Ensure & Boost. We often had fruit or ice cream when making an Instant Breakast & blend it in the bkender to make a nutritious milkshake. I have used this product fir about 4 yeats now for my 96-year-old, bedfast mom; & she really likes them!

Tastes just like I remember it being back when I was in High School and didn't have time for breakfast. Back then I would get up out of bed back only because I was looking forward to the taste...and I loved how it stirs into the milk and sometimes has some super chocolatey flavor on the bottom of the glass if you don't knock yourself out with stirring. Now I'm retired and don't have to roll out of bed until I'm good and ready, but it is doing it all over again for me, down to the last detail.

I've been drinking these almost every morning for a -long- time and I REALLY like them. They give me the boost I need to get to lunch and are very easy to make. The only downside for me is they have a fair amount of sugar in them, but not a ton. Other than that, they're great.

More servings at a lower price than the pre-mixed drinks. It saves so much money to get a 1-month supply than a 2-week supply. I have no energy in the morning. I’m trans, my body-chemistry needs a variety of stuff, and this drink mix covers the majority of my day’s nutritional needs. Somehow, with this drink mix as my morning’s second routine checkpoint when I wake up at 4am, I’m able to get the energy i need before sunrise, largely because of the nutrients in this. Cannot stress enough: the powdered mix costs half as much for twice as much as the carnation bottles.

I am sorry that you did not received my first review. Here it is again: My mom got sick after drinking it. I guess it was something in the ingredients. Doctor ordered an expensive daily supplement over a year ago. Drank it twice daily as ordered. One day compared the supplement ingredients to Instant Breakfast exact same vitamins and minerals (this product does have more sugar). Doctor agreed to 2 of these daily to meet my health needs with whole milk. Been using this product daily since then and saving tons of money!

product is a great value, however Sam's Club could work on there packing, it was left outside in the rain in the original packages...no plastic bag...NOTHING! Thankfully my husband got home a few minutes after it was delivered, so it wasn't a total nightmare!

I love these drinks! They are so easy to make, and they help me out on those days that I don't have time to eat before work. I'm so glad that Sam's carries them in this size because I was spending a ton on this product in smaller quantities at the grocery store.
