Love this stuff! Freeze it at night and micro it for 45 sec in the AM. Break it up and eat it with a spoon. Sams has a great price and the shipping is prompt and it is always in good shape when I receive it. Will order again.

I buy almond milk and add to this, other fruits too to change the flavor. great breakfast, take it with my morning pills, and no tummy problems, so its filling too.

Carnation Breakfast Essentials 30 pack was an ease to order (2 boxes) and was delivered in just a few days. I ordered online as our Joplin Sam's Club no longer carried this product.

Great value on the Instant Breakfast Powder. I used to be able to get this in the store. Last visit my local Sam's Club only had the little cartons of liquid in bulk, nowhere near as good as the powder.

The chocolate shakes are better tasting than some others out there. I like the fact that these shakes are simple to make and you can add extra fruit if you’d like. Great taste and it mixes and dissolves well in milk. For an even lower fat and calorie shake, use unsweetened almond milk.

Sam's Club used to carry both the chocolate and vanilla flavors of Carnation Breakfast Essentials but now they only carry the chocolate. The vanilla was so versatile as any flavor could be mixed in with it for the breakfast drink or it could be added to smoothies without adding any real additional flavors. The chocolate taste is ok but very limiting to what it can be added to and I would rather have the vanilla. I probably will not buy the chocolate again and go to another grocery store to get the vanilla.

Tastes just like I remember it being back when I was in High School and didn't have time for breakfast. Back then I would get up out of bed back only because I was looking forward to the taste...and I loved how it stirs into the milk and sometimes has some super chocolatey flavor on the bottom of the glass if you don't knock yourself out with stirring. Now I'm retired and don't have to roll out of bed until I'm good and ready, but it is doing it all over again for me, down to the last detail.

My family has been using Carnation Breakfast Essentials for as long as they have been made! We love them. It's a quick breakfast. My grandchildren like them warmed up for yummy afternoon snack. My teenagers drink them for a bedtime snack. Can't say enough good about them!! Love them!

Good breakfast supplement, I’ve been using this breakfast drink for over 20 years. Although they changed the product, I don’t know, maybe 8 years ago, I still feel it’s a quality breakfast drink. It doesn’t dissolve as well as it used to, probably, like everyone else, had to cut cost to make same profit.
