My husband really liked it, and said the flavor was on point for mixed berry. It's a great alternative option for breakfast or another meal if you're in a hurry or just looking for something simple. I like that it has 10g of protein and only 24p calories. I also appreciated the size and ease of grab and go. Definitely plan on getting more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this Carnation Breakfast Essentials Original Nutritional Powder Drink Mix in the flavor Rich Milk Chocolate as a sample from Influenster. I think it tastes chocolate shake like and is very easy to prepare. All you need to do is mix the packet with a glass of skim milk which is very easy. This is much more cost effective than my coffee!

My son has ADHD and was having trouble in school because of his outbursts. At 5 yrs old he was kicked out of the private school he was in because he couldn’t control his outbursts. We finally found the perfect medicine that worked for my son but it was had a side effect of suppressing his appetite. It got to a point where he lost so much weight the doctor was getting concerned for his health. We then turned to high protein milk chocolate carnation instant breakfast shakes in the morning and afternoon snack if necessary. This was a great amount of protein and the best thing was my son loved the taste. His weight went up slowly and two years later he is thriving in school and is at a healthy weight. When I found they made cookies and cream flavor I was so excited and I was not disappointed at all. It has a chocolate milk vibe and my kids LOVED it. I would highly recommend this flavor.

I like that it has calcium it has 21 vitamins and minerals it has 10 g of protein which is really awesome and it has antioxidants and vitamin C as a protein drink. I myself really do like this one I like the flavor of it . The smoothie taste of it the flavor of the berry is not too strong is very subtle. It is a 8 ounce bottle which is the right amount of proteins and vitamins that you need in one serving. It has 240 cal which is not bad for a protein drink is very feeling. It is also gluten free for whoever can’t have gluten. You shake it very well before you drink it. I like the design of the bottle it is a neat design the bottom of it is clear where you could see the liquid to make sure it’s all mixed up it is sealed on the top with a very easy opening . It is a very good product to have on the go when you haven’t had to be able to eat you can drink that and it will fill you up.
