I never believed breakfast could give me the energy to make it to my lunch break after teaching 18 preschoolers, but Carnation has made me a believer! The chocolate taste satisfies my sweet tooth but gives me the nutrition to power through my busy day without any problem! I have issues when it comes to having breakfast and I can’t eat anything in the morning without feeling sick, so after trying different things this drink meets my needs. For me this drink serves as a meal/breakfast replacement, it contains 10g of protein, 240 calories, 21 vitamins & minerals, 41g total carbs and 4g fat, it comes on an 8 oz sealed plastic bottle. It is rich, flavorful, and chocolatey but not too much, once I got used to the flavor and consistency i really enjoyed the drink. I will continue to drink it, so far chocolate and cookies & cream are my favorite flavors.

It comes in smaller bottles, which are easier to take on the go and easy to store in the pantry or refrigerator for easy access. The flavor is berryand is smooth while drinking and tastes great cold.

I am a 12 year survivor of stage IV unresectable head and neck cancer and struggle to swallow most foods. I drink Carnation instant breakfast twice a day, one mixed with my morning coffee and another later in the day with milk or as a shake or a smoothie. Without this product, my quality of life would be unbearable.

I’ve been trying to eat healthier lately and cutting the carb filled breakfasts seemed a good place to start. I haven’t had these in a long time but they are just as good as I remember them being. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these are delicious! i like to mix them with fairlife milk for extra protein but regular milk works as well. you do have to mix very well but if you do it doesnt have any of that gritty protein shake taste.
