You can only get this 10 pound bag of domino sugar through shipping. This is the second bag I've gotten that comes busted up and most of it in the plastic shipping bag.You put it in the bag hoping most of us will just keep it, but this is unsanitary and a health hazard once ghe product is released from the original packaging!!! Its hard to determine if it comes from the facility this way, or if its damaged in the shipping process. Either way, it shouldn't happen, and better care should be given in the packaging. At least put a darn warning on the box that it shouldnt be dropped because the result is ALWAYS going to be busted sugar. Then you want the CUSTOMER to return your screw up to the store? Ridiculous!!!!

Found out that the sugar I had been buying here was GMO beet sugar engineered by Monsanto. Switched to Domino immediately. Wish I could still get the 25lb bag, but this is all I buy. Nice size so I don't have to come back every week. My Sister had recommended Domino without any knowledge of the GMO. She was right.

I do NOT want to go back to ordering from ‘the Big Jungle’ but I keep getting shipments that are shipped in such a ridiculous brain dead fashion. Sam’s Club needs to train their packaging department better. Who would ship a paper bag of sugar loose in a flimsy box with other heavy items, no protection, and not expect sugar to be everywhere? This happened with mustard I ordered, and also with worcestershire sauce. DON’T MAKE ME GO BACK TO THE JUNGLE. Train your people to use their heads, please!!

I can a lot of jam, so I go thru tons of sugar every year. Sam's Club doesn't ship the other brands of sugar, so I'm kinda stuck with this one unless I drive to our nearest Sam's Club about 1 hour away. My issue is this: Every bag without exception has small black specs of something in the sugar. I don't know what they are? Machinery pieces? I dunno, but they shouldn't be in white pure cane sugar, I do know that. The sugar is fine except for the black specks of ??

The sugar bag was not sealed shut and the plastic bag it was in was also not closed. I lost 2 pounds of sugar that was in the bottom of the shipping box. It also made a mess in my kitchen trying to get the box inside to my counter, sugar was pouring out of the shipping box. Will not order online again. I recommend buying in-store only.

This is an awesome deal on Domino Sugar!! I only use it in my iced tea ( I cannot stand the taste of artificial sweetener in iced tea) & baking. So this bag will last me & my husband about a month. I always have at least two of these in my house at all times. I make iced tea about three times a week. It dissolves really really well. This is the sugar that the restaurants use, so I know it is a quality product. Buying it in bulk is a lot cheaper than buying it at the store. If I run out of one, the next time I am at Sam's I get another so I always have our favorite sugar on hand for iced tea. I will continue to buy this product at Sam's.
