I often swap generic for name brand pantry items, but the sugar I cannot. I get sickness and headaches from generic brands. Domino is a good quality sugar. I'll stick with it, unless the price continues to go up. It's expensive.

this is the brand my grandmother 'always' used. she was the best cook I ever knew. once i had to buy a different brand. when I combined the 2, the Domino sugar was snow white while the other suddenly appeared to be a dirty gray.

Good product, however, it jumped quite a bit in price recently so not interested in spending a higher price and decided to go with a different brand that is less but just as good quality.

Ive went from store brands to other major brands to Domino Sugar. i only use this brand. I use less sugar when making my own tea. it dissolves much quicker throughout the huge pot of hot brewing tea. ( ice tea) use it for am eng. breakfast tea. I dont see myself going back to the previous Sugar. I feel using the Domino Sugar, I'm using less, which means I'll saving $. also helps my health when using less, better sugar. When you ship sugar, it should be in a plastic bag. My first order was sugar on everything in the box. They made good and sent me a new bag, which still wasn’t in a plastic bag. Sugar was still loose in the box. I’ve ordered sugar before, and it was always in an extra large Ziploc bag. I hope this helps you with future orders.
