There is nothing wrong with the sugar itself. I had problems with the shipping. The bag was busted and sugar was everywhere. It was leaking out the box. It was packed with Dawn powerwash. Not a good thing to pack with sugar!

I know there are store brand sugars. But this sugar will actually dissolve the correct way. Beat the butter and sugar and it blends in perfectly. If you cookies or frostings aren’t right! Switch to Domino sugar

Love the sugar not the shipping! Could not get customer service to respond to the damaged packaging and lost the entire bag of sugar! Literally money thrown away, Could not use any of it!

When we received our package the items were not secured in the box. One of the bags of sugar has burst open inside the box and half of the contents had spilled out. It was a mess to say the least.

Item was delayed and lost bag arrived in a different box from Sams bag ripped open and sugar everywhere all over my floors this seems to be a constant problem with Fedex damaged and misplaced items that need to be replaced

It had ants in the bag.
