Product that arrived intact was fine. Price was good. Multiple bags were damaged by the shipping company, repackaged and delivered. Got refund on damaged product after 4 calls, multiple emails, and send a ridiculous number of pictures to 'prove' the 'issue'. Customer service reps were nice on phone, then denied the 'issue' via email, then asked for pictures, then didn't like the pictures I sent, then wanted more pictures, then refunded.

This order was lost but quickly replaced. Upon opening the sugar, I had to use a knife to break it apart. Though sealed securely, it must have gotten wet in some way and dried like cement. What work this was. I have no idea what caused it or how it could be prevented. I'll not have sugar shipped again.

We ordered 80 lbs of sugar, which came in 2 boxes. The driver did not even deliver one box because he said it was damaged. We received what I thought was a replacement. The orginal damaged bag, was taped up, missing 1/2 pound of sugar and returned to us.

can we stop using paper to package sugar already? I always have a trail of sugar from the store to the car and then when I get home its on the counter and in the grocery bag, which also gets to the floor and just is very unnecessary in my opinion. PLEASE FIX THE LEAKY PACKAGES!!

I would give the product 5 stars. I give the shipping experience 3 Stars. once in the past when I received this sugar the bag had come open and spilled about 2 cupfuls. The next time, the bags were wrapped tightly in plastic, no spill Yay! But, the last time there was some spilled again. still my favorite sugar and will continue to buy it.

Domino is always a good sugar. Low rating based on Walmart's continued poor handling/shipping of items. The sugar was not bagged or padded in any way and arrived with the top nearly torn open. A small amount of sugar spilled into the box, which had the packing tape popped on one side, and was already attracting ants outside. C'mon Walmart, if you're going to offer products like this for shipping, stop manhandling the packages and prepare them for shipping better. If it had been damaged further or gotten wet, I would have had to ask for yet another return. Save yourself money, and save us both time by doing it right the first time.

The sugar was packaged with Snuggle Fabric Softener Dryer Sheets. When I opened the bag of sugar, it smelled like fabric softener. I had to put the sugar in a separate container with an open lid for about 48 hours for the smell to go away. I hope they rethink the packaging in the future.

Good, dependable product and good size for an active baking environment. I recommend transferring to secure plastic storage containers if not going to use within 2 weeks to keep product from absorbing humidity and turning into a hard block. Domino has always produced quality products.

This is a great product but not any better in my opinion than great value sugar.
