This item was a replacement for a damaged bag of sugar from a previous order, one bag of sugar arrived open and the shipping box had been crushed and taped over Sam’s packaging. The representative with Sam’s was wonderful to communicate with regarding the product damage situation and quickly had this replacement bag of sugar shipped out to me.

This is the only sugar I use in my baking as its texture is perfect. Since this product is NEVER available in-store, I'm glad that it can be shipped. (But business members be aware that online orders aren't eligible for cash back rewards.) When I first ordered it, it arrived spilled all over the box. However, my last 2 orders arrived with the sugar in large plastic bags so there was no mess.

I ordered the sugar because I felt if I get a larger bay I wouldn't have to purchase as often. Upon receiving it it was opened and all over the coffee. I had a trail of sugar from my front door to the kitchen. It was not a pretty sight. I notified Sam's Club and it was replaced.

Domino is always a good sugar. Low rating based on Walmart's continued poor handling/shipping of items. The sugar was not bagged or padded in any way and arrived with the top nearly torn open. A small amount of sugar spilled into the box, which had the packing tape popped on one side, and was already attracting ants outside. C'mon Walmart, if you're going to offer products like this for shipping, stop manhandling the packages and prepare them for shipping better. If it had been damaged further or gotten wet, I would have had to ask for yet another return. Save yourself money, and save us both time by doing it right the first time.

It's sugar. Sam's made it super easy to buy in the ap and ship it to me. It's packaged in a giant ziplock bag inside the shipping box. There were no issues with leaks. Buying this and other products online and having them shipped reduces shopping time in the store and makes life easier for me.

This order was open, poured out into the box and was just a great mess when I carried the box into my house cos the floor was littered with sugar. The delivery guy must have noticed that cos it was a lot and he still went ahead to deliver the mess at my doorstep. I have pictures to back this up and I need a replacement for this.

Nothing wrong with the sugar. But packaging was terrible. Sam’s use to put things like this in a plastic bag due to leaks from the bag. This wasn’t and it got in all of my other items! My garbage bags that I also received in the same order had sugar all through them. I took them out of the box and tried to clean the box but the sugar granules were all through the bags. Now I’m worried ants will come to the bags!

I'm not reviewing the product, just the manner in which it was shipped to me. The sugar was delivered in a huge box with no padding to protect it. The bag burst open and the sugar has poured out all over the bottom of the box. I was amazed at the size of this box with no padding. Please issue a refund and I'll buy in the store.

I like using Domino granular sugar because it is made from sugar cane unlike some other brands that use other plants for their sugar. Ten pounds is a bit large, but I was able to share it with my Christmas cookie baking daughter-in-law who was thrilled to receive it.

I GOT MEMBER'S MARK NOT DOMINO. IT WAS HARD AS A ROCK. WE BROUGHT IT BACK. I COULDN'T POUR IT OUT OR SOFTEN IT OR ANYTHING. NOWAY WAS I EVEN GONNA TRY. THE NEXT BAG I GOT, HAD A FEW HARD PIECES TOO, BUT NOT AS BAD. THEY SAID I GOT A CREDIT, BUT I DON'T SEE IT ON MY BANK STATEMENT.
