Good, dependable product and good size for an active baking environment. I recommend transferring to secure plastic storage containers if not going to use within 2 weeks to keep product from absorbing humidity and turning into a hard block. Domino has always produced quality products.

Product that arrived intact was fine. Price was good. Multiple bags were damaged by the shipping company, repackaged and delivered. Got refund on damaged product after 4 calls, multiple emails, and send a ridiculous number of pictures to 'prove' the 'issue'. Customer service reps were nice on phone, then denied the 'issue' via email, then asked for pictures, then didn't like the pictures I sent, then wanted more pictures, then refunded.

Domino is always a good sugar. Low rating based on Walmart's continued poor handling/shipping of items. The sugar was not bagged or padded in any way and arrived with the top nearly torn open. A small amount of sugar spilled into the box, which had the packing tape popped on one side, and was already attracting ants outside. C'mon Walmart, if you're going to offer products like this for shipping, stop manhandling the packages and prepare them for shipping better. If it had been damaged further or gotten wet, I would have had to ask for yet another return. Save yourself money, and save us both time by doing it right the first time.

I GOT MEMBER'S MARK NOT DOMINO. IT WAS HARD AS A ROCK. WE BROUGHT IT BACK. I COULDN'T POUR IT OUT OR SOFTEN IT OR ANYTHING. NOWAY WAS I EVEN GONNA TRY. THE NEXT BAG I GOT, HAD A FEW HARD PIECES TOO, BUT NOT AS BAD. THEY SAID I GOT A CREDIT, BUT I DON'T SEE IT ON MY BANK STATEMENT.

This order was lost but quickly replaced. Upon opening the sugar, I had to use a knife to break it apart. Though sealed securely, it must have gotten wet in some way and dried like cement. What work this was. I have no idea what caused it or how it could be prevented. I'll not have sugar shipped again.

Bag was broken and lost more than 1 cup of sugar, ripped in transit and wasn't protected, it was put in thin box w/ bag of flour that was ripped as well and HEAVY bottles of a drink who's weight forced paper bags to be broken in transit, leaking thru the delivery box as well, but driver didn't care either and dropped off at my front door w/ product spilling out all over.

Hard and difficult to use. Must have been exposed to water at some time. I looked online and tried the oven method to soften it. Finally was able to get some of it to golf ball size. For baking must either soak and break apart or put in the food processor or blender to grind. Or perhaps I'll use a morter and pestle.

The sugar was packaged with Snuggle Fabric Softener Dryer Sheets. When I opened the bag of sugar, it smelled like fabric softener. I had to put the sugar in a separate container with an open lid for about 48 hours for the smell to go away. I hope they rethink the packaging in the future.

Nothing wrong with the sugar. But packaging was terrible. Sam’s use to put things like this in a plastic bag due to leaks from the bag. This wasn’t and it got in all of my other items! My garbage bags that I also received in the same order had sugar all through them. I took them out of the box and tried to clean the box but the sugar granules were all through the bags. Now I’m worried ants will come to the bags!

The last order of sugar received all bags were taped shut on top with the Dominos tape and all bags were good. This order there were numerous bags that were broken open on the sides and and tops were not taped down. More care should be taken when boxing this product for shipment. Seems as thought the shipping boxes were just thrown together and not much care taken in packaging to secure product in the box. On a 400 lb. Order I only received 300 lb. Due some packages being damaged before delivery to me. I was credited for the none deliverable but that just means I have to place another order.
