I received my order and 3 times the Domino sugar was busted in the box. the 3rd time they piu it in a ziplock bag and it was still spilled out in the box. I give up no more ordering on line for me

First time to order any sugar to be shipped; assumed (🙄) it would be plastic wrapped to be shipped….was not; leaked at least one cup of sugar in the box. Not again.

Ordered 4 rec'd 1, due to damage from poor packaging. Next received two of three replacements. Again due to poor packaging. Get your act together Sam's!

This is the only sugar I use in my baking as its texture is perfect. Since this product is NEVER available in-store, I'm glad that it can be shipped. (But business members be aware that online orders aren't eligible for cash back rewards.) When I first ordered it, it arrived spilled all over the box. However, my last 2 orders arrived with the sugar in large plastic bags so there was no mess.

I ordered the sugar because I felt if I get a larger bay I wouldn't have to purchase as often. Upon receiving it it was opened and all over the coffee. I had a trail of sugar from my front door to the kitchen. It was not a pretty sight. I notified Sam's Club and it was replaced.

I have many hummingbirds at my house and read that white cane sugar is the best option for making the nectar to put in their feeders. I go through a LOT of sugar when they are here in the summer. This is the cheapest price I've found, including my local supermarket's store brand. The hummingbirds keep coming back so I think it's safe to say they like it!

Wonderful buy! This item was shipped and my concerns on shipping this rather large bag of sugar, and arriving without sugar everywhere, was laid to rest as it arrived well packaged in an extra-extra large zip-lock bag just in case! It seems Sam's has listened to some previous reviews of broken/leaking bags in transit and has addressed the problem, well done in my book. I will definitely be purchasing again. And even though I would've like to have purchased this at my local Sam's store, at least shipping was a breeze.

I would give the product 5 stars. I give the shipping experience 3 Stars. once in the past when I received this sugar the bag had come open and spilled about 2 cupfuls. The next time, the bags were wrapped tightly in plastic, no spill Yay! But, the last time there was some spilled again. still my favorite sugar and will continue to buy it.

As most cooks know, pure cane sugar is best for baking. Domino is a top brand, although I prefer the nation brand that I know was made here in Florida. Good price/pound, as good as you'll get in those smaller no-name packages they sell in a lot of places that might be beet sugar.

This item was a replacement for a damaged bag of sugar from a previous order, one bag of sugar arrived open and the shipping box had been crushed and taped over Sam’s packaging. The representative with Sam’s was wonderful to communicate with regarding the product damage situation and quickly had this replacement bag of sugar shipped out to me.
