This is a great product and I'm glad I got the opportunity to try this out. After 2 weeks, I've noticed less gas and bloating. This will definately become part of my everyday routine.

I've had issues with digestion problems from a child. There are some foods that I just have a hard time digesting. After taking Culturelle I noticed that it improved my digestion with those certain foods I was having issues with. It reduced bloating and unpleasant pain from having so much gas. I love the results from Culturelle and I've suggested to so many people with digestion issues just like me.

So, finally I had the chance to take Culturelle and see for myself if it would make a difference. And to my surprise, it did!! My main problems have always been upset stomach and bloating. The bloating was so bad that I couldn't even button my pants sonetimes!! Not to mention it's just plain uncomfortable. This product really did make a difference. I wouldn't say it "cured" all my digestive problems, but it did help a great deal. Also, I had to take it every day to see a real difference. I would definitely recommend Culturelle.

I have been having stomach problems, gas, bloating, diarrhea and started taking Culturelle capsules twice a day for the last 2 weeks. I have seen a big improvement & feeling normal again. I am going to cut back to 1 a day & see if my digestive systems remains the same.
