I didn't feel bloated and my stomach felt flatter. The capsules are easy to take and don't have an aftertaste. I might not take a probiotic daily after the trial, but I definitely will take it if I have any digestive issues or before and during travel.

But I was taking it along with my multi vitamin so maybe it’s . So I will finish the Culturelle and stop taking the vitamins until I am with the probiotics .

No no so much, however I do eat t lot of probotic rich foods as it is and I'm pretty regular. Do I think it would help someone that wasn't, I sure do.

I bought a pack of these propbiotics a couple months ago and I'm so glad I did! I was looking to incorporate probiotics into my routine. After researching various places, Culturelle was mentioned more than once so I thought I would give it a try. Since I’ve been taking these, I’ve noticed that I don’t feel as uncomfortably bloated after eating. I also greatly appreciate that these capsules are vegetarian. I love these and I highly recommend them!
