I am used to feeling a certain way and I just think that is normal. I'm always searching for a probiotic that can increase my digestive health. I was very enthusiastic about trying Culturelle probiotic capsules. After taking the capsules for a few weeks I must say I saw an improvement. The gas I was having decreased and I no longer felt bloated. It might sound gross, but I saw an improvement in my bowels also. I would like to have a chewable form. But overall this product was highly effective. .

I started using this product because a neighbor recommended it and I'm so glad I did. I started noticing improvement with digestion in a few days. I definitely feel like it has helped me tackle issues with gas, some bloating, and minor stomach/digestive issues. I still avoid eating fried foods, but otherwise I feel like I haven't had to be so restrictive with what I consume. I think this was a good first step in building up a better gut biome for myself!
