I started using this product because a neighbor recommended it and I'm so glad I did. I started noticing improvement with digestion in a few days. Culturelle helps support my heart, digestive and immune system and I couldn't be happier. I switched from yogurt to Culturelle and said goodbye to extra sugar and calories!

I had gotten one as a sample and from then on I was hooked. It absolutely helps my digestive track. I was one of those people that had a very hard time using the bathroom. Since I have been taking these- I have had no problems .
