I tried Culturelle a few years ago on the recommendation of my daughter. Thinking I may need a different strength, I switched to a different brand, and realized that Culturelle was much better. I'm taking Culturelle again, and feeling so much better!

I started taking 1 capsule at bedtime in early 2020 during the pandemic when I learned how effective probiotics are in improving immune response in the gut. Needless to say, with utilizing recommended protection from infection and taking Culturelle regularly, I have managed to stay healthy throughout the last 4 years. I have not even had a common cold. I can't claim it to be a cure but I generally get a cold every Spring and have not experienced one since beginning my regimen. I have also noticed less digestive problems with some of my daily medications that bothered me in the past.

This has certainly helped regulate me.
