This probiotic caused upset stomach issues for both my wife and me.

I have been taking 2 a day as it recommends for replenishing bacteria after antibiotic use. I was feeling lethargic and unmotivated but feel better after just a day of Culturelle. There is research in the gut microbiome effecting your mood even, NOT just for bowel health.
