My wife and I have been taking these for a few months. I don’t really notice anything significant but I have had no adverse reactions to them. I’ll do tune to take them.

I've found this helpful for help with minor digestive issues and gut health. I did not like the bluster pack. Would have preferred having them in a bottle as I prepare my supplements 3 weeks at a time, not daily.

Wonderful probiotics, works best for me on am empty stomach in the mornings 30min to an hour before breakfast or your first meal of the day. It can be gassy at first but after your body gets acquainted it will have your body running smooth as butter well taken care of digestive

I have a beef allergy? took me forever to get the association since it took a couple days before I had the symptoms. taking these regularly. With meals and with an Enzyme and a multi that also has probiotics I seem to have overcome the worst of it. Totally worth it to be able to eat steak again.

I have been taking these for about 6 months now and my digestive issues are completely gone. I was having trouble with my food not digesting so I would try to increase the acid in my stomach to catch up. Sometimes it would help and sometimes not. This probiotic has solved that problem. On the flip side, my husband had too much acid and these didn't seem to help him with that.

I got this for my sister. She had been using another probiotic, and since this one was on sale, she decided to give it a try. She liked how they worked-about the same as the previous ones, but she said they were just "a little weird". Mostly because of the blister packaging.

Have been using Culturelle Health & Wellness or Digestive Health for over 10 years, choosing them because they were one of the few probiotics at that time that didn't contain dairy. After developing a digestive issue this year, stopped using Digestive Health because the ingredient, Inulin, is contra-indicated. Use Health & Wellness daily. Because I've been using their products for so long, I can highly recommend Culturelle. Suggest reading ingredients carefully on all products to determine any allergies, sensitivities, or interactions with meds.
