I actually think it works. After a month of taking once a day, I feel like I poop better and just feel better. Or it could just be a coincidence.

Product was ok, but was delivered 3 days past my given delivery date when i purchased. Nt a first time problem. Most of the time its because FedEx is used. Horrible carrier.

My wife and I have been taking these for a few months. I don’t really notice anything significant but I have had no adverse reactions to them. I’ll do tune to take them.

I've found this helpful for help with minor digestive issues and gut health. I did not like the bluster pack. Would have preferred having them in a bottle as I prepare my supplements 3 weeks at a time, not daily.
