It eliminated some problems I had with occasional diarrhea and was easy to use. The only complaint I had was that the packaging (individual foil sections) was a little bit difficult to open but the product worked well for me!

It has definitely helped my stomach and digestive system feel much more settled. I don't seem to get the acid indigestion, bloating or sour tummy feeling I had been getting prior to taking this probiotic.
