[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really hoping I would feel the difference right away like so many others claimed but unfortunately I wasn't too crazy about the Culturelle but maybe that's because it was only a sample (free sample I received). I haven't purchased any yet because I still have some of my other probiotic stuff that I am going to us up first.

I took it at the same time each day for two weeks. I'm sad to say that I didn't notice any changes during that time. There was no negative side effects either, so that's good. I did like how it was in a capsule, made it easy for me to take. Plus the packaging was easier to open than most. I received a sample for free in exchange for my honest review.

I have been taking Culturelle probiotics for a year now and I can’t live without them. I have so much more energy during the day. My digestive system works better. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence but I haven’t been sick yet all this winter. definitely a lifelong cutstomer!

Culturelle is my go to probiotic. I take it everyday for my irritable bowel. It is great.

Works great and really controls gas.
