The travel side individual packaged capsules are very convenient for on the go vitamin intake and it seems to work for my digestive health. The perforations to tear each individual tablet is probably my favorite part of this. I had recently had to go on a trip and this was a nice feature.

I feel a lot better, not bloated and no upset stomach. Usually after eating spicy foods I feel a little bloated and just don't feel all that great, but since I've been using this product, I haven't had that problem. The pills are easy to swallow and easy to use.

So, finally I had the chance to take Culturelle and see for myself if it would make a difference. And to my surprise, it did!! My main problems have always been upset stomach and bloating. The bloating was so bad that I couldn't even button my pants sonetimes!! Not to mention it's just plain uncomfortable. This product really did make a difference. I wouldn't say it "cured" all my digestive problems, but it did help a great deal. Also, I had to take it every day to see a real difference. I would definitely recommend Culturelle.

I was so eager to try this since I got it as a free product through Smiley360. I took one pill, as directed, and a couple of hours later I was in so much pain! I was out shopping with my daughter and had to run to the bathroom twice. After that I just needed to get home. It irritated my intestines so badly it took a full two days to feel completely better. I know Culturelle makes good products and it was just my sensitive body reacting to the chicory root since I had the same trouble with the Oikos Triple Zero yogurt which contains chicory root as well. Other people seem to love it, and I've recommended it to my friends and family, but also told them of my "gut reaction" to it.
