I was worried about how I was going to feel when starting them; as my body was adjusting to these. But thankfully I didn't have any problems. There was no discomfort. I have noticed less bloating since taking them.

I've tried a myriad of probiotic and similar products over the past decade to address my symptoms, and the Culturelle Digestive Health Caplets have struck the right balance for me. As indicated, it took a couple of days to develop properly in my system, but the results have been dependable and manageable, without excessive surprises! Culturelle has made planning my day and outings much easier and more pleasant.

I'm not sure if it takes a while, or if what it does is just really subtle. Either way, I don't really feel any different.
