I eat alot of spicy food and get a upset stomach alot. Not anymore! I will continue using this product for a longtime! Easy to find in stores, not a bad price.

I bought this only two weeks ago after having issues with irregular bowel movements (+ diarrhea nearly every day) as well as gas (for months) and after 3 days of taking it, I have already noticed a significant improvement. My bowel movements are regular now and while it hasn't completely gotten rid of the gas, it has profoundly been reduced.
