Two weeks ago I replaced the One A Day vitamin that I had been taking for quite a while with the GNC - GNC Mega Men Energy & Metabolism Multivitamins, 180 count. I haven't noticed any loss of energy or metabolism in my daily routine. I have noticed that in the late evening I haven't nodded off in my chair like I had been.

My wife and I purchased the mends and women's GNC multivitamins in early 2024. We were impressed with vitamins and minerals list in this products. We we got home we read the fine print on OTHER INGREDIENTS which has now led us to return both of these products and never purchase GNC ever again. Some of the trash in these products are: MENS - Modified Starch GMO, Color Caramel, Corn Starch, Stevia, Sodium Ascorbate, and other ingredients I do not want to try to spell out. BEWARE of This Product!

I read the reviews and thought these would make a great supplement for me. I needed some extra energy during the day, and would also like a kick in the metabolism to maybe burn off a little extra fat. I took 2 in the morning and the only major change I felt was that by the afternoon I was SUPER groggy. Also, my urine turned the color of Mello Yello. I reduced the dosage to 1 and results were the same. It appears that they work fine for some people, but not for me.

Although one customer pointed out that you have to take two tablets to get the suggested daily dosage of this product, that still equates to a 90 day supply of a high potency multivitamin from a quality company for less than $20. Quality + Value = Win

I used to get Zipfizz at the club, but I decided to try this and I feel better when using this product than I do when I used Zipfizz. I liked Zipfizz energy but this one gives me more overall benefits than Zipfizz. I like not just the energy but seems to provide better benefits to my overall health.
