I have been taking this for about a week now and feel like it gives me more energy to make it through the day. Haven't seen any weight loss, but I will continue to monitor as I keep taking the product.

Product was very good to give you more energy however I like to take my vitamins in the morning and you can’t take it without good. Overall it’s better than energy drinks and way healthier. 4 stars for it.

After a couple days, could really tell the difference. Started taking the pills on a Monday, by Wednesday, they seemed to “kick” in. With running around after 2 boys that are in sports year round, this is a nice boost.

Great daily vitamin and supplemental nutrition developed for active and inactive people. I was buying 1 box in the 1990s for $14. This is a great deal and lasts for months.

This product didn’t really so much for my energy level…Metabolism did not change, but it did curb my hunger…I was expecting an energy boost similar to a preworkout drink, but not as strong…didn’t see any of that at all…

Two weeks ago I replaced the One A Day vitamin that I had been taking for quite a while with the GNC - GNC Mega Men Energy & Metabolism Multivitamins, 180 count. I haven't noticed any loss of energy or metabolism in my daily routine. I have noticed that in the late evening I haven't nodded off in my chair like I had been.

I read the reviews and thought these would make a great supplement for me. I needed some extra energy during the day, and would also like a kick in the metabolism to maybe burn off a little extra fat. I took 2 in the morning and the only major change I felt was that by the afternoon I was SUPER groggy. Also, my urine turned the color of Mello Yello. I reduced the dosage to 1 and results were the same. It appears that they work fine for some people, but not for me.
