After a couple days, could really tell the difference. Started taking the pills on a Monday, by Wednesday, they seemed to “kick” in. With running around after 2 boys that are in sports year round, this is a nice boost.

Great product! I like the energy i feel from taking this daily! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great vitamin supplement to support their exercise plan. I will be buying it again for sure!

I have only been taking them for a week but I have noticed an increase in energy especially around 2pm when I’m normally reaching for a cup of coffee. Take them with meals when I tried it without eating it didn’t sit on my stomach so well.

Product was very good to give you more energy however I like to take my vitamins in the morning and you can’t take it without good. Overall it’s better than energy drinks and way healthier. 4 stars for it.

This is the best Men's multi vitamin I have found. Two days after I run out, even if using another men's multivitamin, I have a very noticeable drop off in energy and overall feeling of wellness. I highly recommend.!

These vitamins are a good value. They include many extras such as caffeine, amino acids, green tea, Lycopene, etc. that you do not find in most ordinary multivitamins at this price. There have been comments about one serving being 2 pills, well I only use one. Why? Because a big chunk of the ingredients are well over 100% of the daily recommended allowance and quite frankly the body simply expels extra waste. The next majority of ingredients are at 100%, so it would knock it down to 50% of your recommended daily intake. Does this seems like a big deal, not to me as you should be making up for most of that with your dietary intake anyhow. IMO everyone should be paying attention the percentages on any vitamins they are buying. There is no real need to spend extra money for vitamins that boast almost every ingredient at 1000% or more of the daily recommended allowance. You are literally flushing money down the toilet.
