Love Hellman's - I've been a fan for over 35 years! I now use the Hellman's Light and love this product- great, rich flavor in a lower calorie option. My problem is that I can't find the Hellman's Light Squeeze Bottle any more in my area. ( Louisville, KY) Please don't make me have to do this every time we run out! I have been a loyal fan of Hellman's Mayonnaise for 75 years .... UNTIL NOW! Several stores I went to were sold out of what I usually buy in the large jar ( 30 ounces ), so I bought the squeeze bottle for the first time in my life. YUCK! I'll never do THAT again! First of all, I cannot "measure out" my typical number of tablespoon-fulls to mix up tuna fish and secondly, the product seemed "RUNNY" compared to the consistency I have known for the past 75 years. Not happy with it, and of course, it cost more than I paid last time a few months ago, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for an honest review. Unfortunately, it was delivered destroyed, couldn't make the buffalo chicken dip. However, I've bought this brand before and it was delicious. Was creamy, smooth and a little fluffy. It has a good twang aftertaste, sweet and salty. It spreads light, evenly, not heavy or greasy. The texture with the food made that bite so delicious. You notice it has that extra zing in your mouth.

Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise has always been my favorite spread until my last purchase. I feel like the product was either mislabeled or the recipe has been changed. On 2 separate occasions I could not eat my sandwich made with this product as It was too spicy and tasted like it had horseradish or something spicy in it. Could my jar have been mislabeled? Maybe it was the chipotle recipe? I would like to be reimbursed for my purchase.

My wife and I used to love Hellman's real mayo. A couple years ago something changed and it turned thin and there is something off with the flavor. Almost like someone put fish oil in it. We went through several bad tasting bottles hoping the old product would return but now have given up and are trying other brands instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved using this bottle of mayonnaise at my Super Bowl party. The bottle was light weight and mess free. My guests loved using it on the mini sliders and submarine sandwiches. The taste was great as always.

Products are always reformulated to cut corners and increase profit. Sometime within the past 18 months or so, Hellman's reformulated this old standby. The texture used to be stiffer, almost like stiff egg whites, with a very eggy flavor. The texture is now much more funny and thin, like Miracle Whip. The flavor is more tart than it used to be, no overpowering the egg flavor which is now reduced. They've obviously upped the water content, even though oil is still the lead ingredient. In salads, it starts to get watery after it sits a day, so you'll end up throwing your left over deviled eggs and potato salad away. Obviously a Boardroom decision made by out of touch suits in their corporate bubble, having nothing but contempt for the loyal consumer and ruining a once-good product in favor of the bottom line. Need to find another product, since Hellman's has left deserted me as a once-loyal customer.
