I came to write a review because I have noticed a consistency difference from jar to jar one is perfect and thick. The next is very runny. I noted in several review responses that you say this happens sometimes while you are trying to improve the product, my husband and I laugh at this because sometimes there is no improvement it’s perfect the way it is the runny consistency is really bad for those of us that have a texture issue, Hellmann’s mayonnaise is the best on the market. I will continue to use it, but I personally am not using as much because of the thin consistency. I guess part of the big problem is that it’s not consistent from jar to jar please return to original quit, trying to improve upon perfection.

There is no other mayonnaise in my opinion! My husband likes Miracle Whip...yuck!! This is the only Mayo my mother ever purchased. I recently moved to California and it's called Best Foods out here, but it's the same yummy stuff. Nothing else comes close.

I have used Helmann's my entire life won't use anything else. I saw your garlic aioli and had to try it; I am a big garlic lover. Well, it is fantastic, and I didn't realize it was vegan. I admit had it been very obvious I might have been very leery of trying it but I am so glad I did. Yummy!!!

Like most everyone who comments I also have used for a zillion years. I just purchased three jars (yes we eat a lot of it). Opened one last night, could not eat it, taste was so bad I almost think it was spoiled. Not sure if this the new taste they are using but I am going to throw all three jars out, I just can't eat it. Am calling the company today for a refund. Y'all lost my business.

Think Hellman's mayo seems different lately? Take a large spoon and mix it in circles inside the jar - it's full of air! It's no longer as thick in consistency until you do this...tastes a little different, too. You can even hear the air escape and watch the product shrink in the container. I'm sure this was done so they could fill the bottles with less product. Your full jar isn't so full and neither is whatever you're adding it to! Disappointing. I'm switching back to Miracle Whip.

In fact, I am proposing this weekend at the diner in which we first met at. That was our first date. It will be so romantic.
