Previously the only mayonnaise allowed in our house was Hellmann's Mayo but my last two jars have become "thin" even when stored in the refrigerator per their recommendation. It is so thin that I can pour it out of the jar, has the consistency of thin hand cream. Have the recipe been changed? Added more water?

I love your mayonnaise, and have used nothing else for decades. However, using plastic bottles instead of glass is bad for the environment and NOT a step forward in marketing! Additionally, the squeezy bottle is less easy to use and more wasteful as you cannot use every last drop.

I noticed the taste change before I went looking for others views. I would happily eat bread spread with mayonnaise and nothing else before but this new recipe just tastes off. I'm looking for another brand to buy. I can't place what the change in taste is but I don't like it.

I eat most anything that has Hellman's in it. I wouldn't make potato salad without Hellmann's real mayonnaise. As long it has Hellmann's it will be tasty and creamy without being bitter. I can't eat a sandwich without Hellmann's. Its perfect, with none of that strong vinegary taste of other mayonnaise product. It's one thing I will not substitute any other product for it.

Dear helmens I have used you for yours. How you managed to take eggs and oil and lemon and genetically modified is beyond me I just bought a whole case to stock up And threw it in the trash. Rest assured that your products are no longer permitted in my home. The American people will get sick of this. Food Should be natural all natural. We made you rich by buying your products. We can stop buying them just as easy.

I;ve been using Hellmans mayo all my life and now you change it. It tastes terrible and once you open it and than put it in the refrig and then go to use it again in two or three days, there is this yellow liquid in the bottle when you open it up, looks disgusting. obviously you changed the recipe and it stinks. Please change it back.

Using a soybean oil is not healthy at all and what are “natural ingredients”? I used to love your mayo but since you use a very bad seed oil I will not eat it ever again. You need to use only olive oil alone and keep out the natural flavors whatever they are!! You can’t say with olive oil if you still use soybean oil or canola or vegetable oil. Please clean up your mayo!!

I find that this mayo is best for sandwiches, dips, and chicken salad! I really appreciate Hellmann's and Unilever's effort in making packaging that is made with 100% recycled plastic. The only complaint I have with the packaging is that there was no safety foil, just a tamper evident ring. The top came off way too easy and there may be instances where the bottle may open before it makes it home, so beware! Otherwise, this is the same great mayonnaise that we know and love!
