We have enjoyed Hellmann's mayo for decades. Most often we use it in recipes - occasionally for sandwiches - yet the bulk is used in recipes from dressings, dips, salad dressings, chicken and/or tuna salad, etc. I really wish the product was easier to access when I need a cup or so for a recipe. It's a challenge to dig out the product, especially in the bottom of the jar. I would LOVE IT if it were packaged an a 1 Quart tub (like a large butter tub, with a removable lid) so that we could use it more easily and with less mess.

Why did you change formulas? Hellmans has been my mayo over 50 years. Now the texture is runny, taste is different and goes bad sooner. I really hope this changes, and you go back to the original recipe. In the mean time I'm learning to love mustard and the weight I'm loosing.

Being a mother, there is a certain responsibility of providing nutrious as well as delicious snacks/meals for my family. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For over 50 years, I have used Hellmann's. The recipe changed a few years back and while the taste is almost the same, the texture is runny. It turns runny even while stored in the refrigerator. I bought my last jar 3 months ago for sandwiches, but salads can't be stored overnight because the oil starts to separate. I wish you would fix this. I have moved to purchasing another famous southern mayonnaise which still has the creamy texture that Hellmann's once had.

I have tried many brands of mayo, but I always come back to Hellmann's because of the consistent quality & flavor it adds to so many foods. I have been using Hellmann's for over 45 years. Whether your using it on a sandwich, or in a salad, or coating your chicken in it before you bread it, or even in baking a chocolate cake (your cake will come out so moist, yum) everything will taste better with Hellmann's.

You are a sellout for using soybean oil - it’s crap fillers just so you can make more profit than overseas. As an American company I am no longer using your brand because of the fillers you use. All for money I guess. I won’t even buy products that are said to me made with Hellmans mayo. Why not be the better company and promote the usage of real ingredients - as they did back in the 60s.
