When I was younger my parents always bought miracle whip...which was still referred to as Mayo. Miracle whip is so tangy, but I didn't mind until I ordered a sandwich from Subway with mayo. They use real mayo. I prefer the taste of real mayo and Hellman's makes the best!

I am disappointed with the design of the squeeze bottle. The opening is so small on the jar that the last few grams cannot be removed. I weighed the jar after I could not squeeze any more out and it was 13.4 grams, then I washed the remaining content with warm water and the jar weighed 5 grams. 8 grams of Real Mayonnaise down the drain!!

I remember Jacque Pepin mentioning to Julia Childs that America did make some products that were outstanding. I think she was a little surprised by this. He gave Hellman's as an example. He said it's a superior product and after trying just about every mayonnaise out there, I have to agree with Jacque. Hellman's is just the best. I like the fact that it's lighter in body than other mayos, and seasoned perfectly. If you want the best tomato sandwich use Hellman's.

Much less waste when using the product and more control over where product is placed. I use in my recipies for baking as well for a "crusty crust" on my meats and the kids love it. Having just read some reviews I wonder if someone can tell where I An going wrong? Being an old skinflint! I like to use all of the mayonnaise before discarding but I find that as the level goes down (inthese new upside down bottles) the greater difficulty in squeezing out the mayonnaise.Somuch so that I am about to discard a bottle wit about 2inches of mayonnaise still unwilling to come out. Is my frig too cold - it is not on lowest setting- and while I applaud the new shape in that the outlet does not get messy the price seems to be having to waste about 7.5 per cent of the contents.this is the 3rd new shape and it has happened on all so far. HELP please

I love Hellman's mayonnaise and it is the only one that I will use even though I am not financially stable or well off. I've tried every other mayonnaise and this one is the best quality for consistency and taste. You can definitely taste the difference when you use it in recipes, sandwiches, dressings and salads. Sometimes you just have to go for the quality instead of the quantity.

It has an excellent taste and goes nicely on anything from sandwiches to salads, dips and beyond. Only downside for me is that it contains ingredients derived from bioengineered sources.

Our family has used Hellmann's for as far back as I can remember. My Grandmother's turned me on to it when I was a kid with sandwiches and recipes. I can still remember the flavor of my Gramma's Chocolate cake with Hellmann's! Talk about good. Yum! My favorite is for egg salad sandwiches and with the holidays coming up turkey salad. Thank you Hellmann's. You are a true American product.
