I grew up on Hellman’s, raised my kids, and grandkids on it. My Dad made Hellman’s and Skippy Peanut Butter. We can’t eat anything else. Believe me, I challenge you to do the blindfold comparison. You may not know it’s Hellman’s but you will know it’s the best! When eating out, I love tuna, chicken or shrimp salad sandwiches but have to ask what mayonnaise they use first. If not Hellmann’s than I don’t order them.

Have tried other brands and by taste Hellmans mayonnaise is the best. No greasy after taste....goes well with everything. Digesting this product is easy on the stomach. Value for your money spent is terrific. So many different ways to use it. Enjoy!!

Hellmann's used to be the best mayonnaise but it's changed. The consistency used to be thicker, almost curdly. Now it's runny and soupy in texture. It also tastes oily. You've clearly upped the asking of soybean oil. It's horrible! We've left you fit a competitors brand. Change it back and we'll return but until then we're going to take a pass on this unpalatable slime.

I haven't had Hellmann's in about 6 months and with the tomatoes ripening in the garden you just have to have BLTs. There was no mayo flavor! Flat, with no zip. Went and opened a small picnic size container I just bought and tried that. Same. What happened? COVID, crime, inflation, now this? Why would anyone mess with what used to be one of the best products of all time?

I have been using Hellmann's mayo exclusively for over 60 years. I have briefly tried others over the years but their taste and texture or consistency never equaled Hellmann's. I am not sure when it happened, but you have apparently changed my favorite mayo's texture and probably the taste which in my opinion went hand and hand. I liked the original Hellmann's before you made the change. That made it Hellmann's and that was the best. I am sure you had reasons for the change but feel you have disappointed millions of users who liked the original Hellmann's mayo more than your current version. It is true we will all be dead soon enough and the next generation will never know what the original Hellmann's tasted like. If possible you may wish to re-issue the original as an alternative to your current version and have two products.

As a young person, I grew up on salad dressing. When I became older, I started using Hellmann's Mayonnaise. The greatest discovery since bread. As I grew older, I did not like salad dressings from a jar, so I started using a spoonful of mayo, a spoonful of ketchup, seasoning, and made my own dressing for my salads.50 years later, I still enjoy making my mayonnaise & ketchup. I have tried many different mayo's over the years but I always seem to find my way back to buying Hellmann's. I like the thickness, richness and flavor it adds to my potato or macaroni salads, as well as the best taste on sandwiches and in dips. So no more searching for a better mayo.....I already have it...
