I was a Hellman's lover, sometimes eating it plain with a spoon. That practice was good as now you need a spoon with the new thin recipe which tastes like the cheap generic whips. I thought I was losing my mind until I read other reviews. Please revert to the original recipe. Thank you.

I have been eating Hellmanns exclusively for over 50 years but the last jar was very different, and not in a good way. Hellmanns has always been nice and thick, staying on my knife or spoon until I placed it where I wanted it. The last jar I bought is noticeably thinner, when moving the knife from the jar to the bread it now slides off the knife if not held just right. The texture is thinner and somewhat slimy feeling in my mouth. I often ate a small spoon in little taste licks, but not any more.It has no body and does not stand up on my spoon. I never used to have a problem with the mayonnaise separating unless I got down near the bottom of the jar and did not need it for a long time. This jar started to separate before less than 1/2 was used. I have to stir it a lot to keep it together, and it falls off the knife on the way to my bread. I will have to explore some other brands, I am so disappointed in what appears to be a major step down in quality.

I have been using Hellmanns for 50 years of my life. My mother and grandmother used it. The last jar I bought was not Hellmanns! It is not thick-it is soupy and the flavor is not the same. My potato salad is awful. I am so disappointed. Will have to find somwthing else.

Love the taste and as a vegan I love that you gave us an option. Only 4 stars because your inner seal is horrible, not only does the pull here tab never work but even if you get a side up the other side stays glued to the jar...please fix this for if there was another option I would be trying it.

But as an adult, I've been teaching myself to try new things so when I received some Hellman's mayonnaise complimentary of Influenster for testing purposes in the newly redesigned bottle I figured now was a better time than ever. And lo and behold, I love me some mayonnaise! It was super creamy with just enough tang for my taste. I really enjoyed the new bottle design too. No more scraping of the jar or shaking the leftovers out. Just pop the lid, squeeze the desired amount out and close it back up. All good to go! I'm really glad I got a chance to try this because now I want to put Hellman's mayonnaise on everything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I grew up eating Hellmans mayo! My Mom never used anything else. I use it for anything needing mayo. it's fresh tasting and delicious. I even use it for grilled sandwiches instead of butter. yummy!

Hellman's is gipping us all! 15 or so yrs ago, Hellmans changed its plastic squeeze bottle which had a wide mouthed top, to a taller, narrower squeeze bottle which made it more difficult to get the remaining 20% of the mayo out. Now they've done it again! They think we won't notice! Have made the mouth ever so slightly more narrow so that you can't get even more of the mayo out. Have to throw away & open new bottle. The president of Hellmams claims to be environmentally concerned, but that's a lie. He can sell more mayo if we can't empty the bottle. Very sneaky & hypocritical - & frustrating & insulting to the consumer. Does he think we're too stupid to notice? I hope his grandchildren realize he's a liar & a phoney.

However, even tho Hellman's makes the best tasting Mayo ever the company should be ashamed for price-gouging - it costs two dollars more than any other Mayo!!! As well, Eggs have come way down in price yet Hellman's has NOT lowered the price of its Mayo!!!!!

Although the quality of the products is the same as always my comments concern the design of your new 20 oz. squeeze bottle.  I find your "Squeeze Out More...Less Waste" to be totally untrue.  There is fact more waste....much more!!!! Even after removing the screw on cap the the opening of the bottle is too small to get a spatula or other utensil into it to get the remaining 2 or 3 tablespoons in the bottle of the bottle.  The squeeze bottle needs to go back to Research &  Development to be redesigned.
