[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of Gillette razors and as such I was excited to try to the Mach3. I typically shave everyday using a more expensive razor which has gotten to be a habit that is becoming harder to afford. After trying the razor for a week, I noticed no significant difference in the quality of shave compared to my current blades. The handle is a lot lighter than my typical razor so it took a little getting used to in my hand. I would say the biggest difference was that it barely felt like I was shaving at all. Initially I found that I was holding it a little awkwardly which caused me to miss a couple of strokes with all handle. Still once I got the hang of it, I could tell a big difference in the comfort of the shave. I can normally feel the hair coming off with my regular blade and I usually cut myself once or twice in a given week. Never had that problem with the Mach3. Not only that, I saw a big difference in the life of the lubrication strip. I have been using the same blade all week every day for scalp and beard and there is little wear on the strip at this point. I will likely keep going just to see how long it lasts. A couple of cons I noticed were that while the blades rinse easily, the micro fins are a little tougher to get fine hairs out. I also noticed that I made an extra pass in tough to shave areas to get a close even shave throughout. Aside from that I would say this you cannot go wrong with the Mach 3, a choice I think any reasonable person would make again and again without hesitation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked using the Gilette Mach 3. It is a very reliable and quality product. I felt I got a very close, smoothe shave. It's so much better than a disposable razor because my face always looks smoother as a result. It's very easy to work with and to clean. The razor blades last quite a while as well. Gillette has always been a name you can trust in razors.

My husband loves this mach3 turbo razor. He is not usually very picky but when it comes to his razor this is a must. I always make sure to get this very razor. I know he will continue to use only this very razor. He has tried others that are less expensive but has regretted each purchase. So now I only buy these as I know he really prefers this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Gillette Sensor 3 for about a week now, and quite frankly I'm impressed. It has been a pleasure to shave every morning. It leaves my skin feel smooth, no stubble to speak of, and it feels good in my hand. Has to be one of the better razors I have used in a long while. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally shave with a safety razor and since I got to try this out I would see what the hype is with shaving with more than one blade at a time. Turns out the blades were not nearly as sharp as my safety blade. It took me 3 passes to clear an area of my neck 1 pass with my safety razor does. The Gillette Mach3 is not as sharp as what I'm use to. Now saying that I do like the lubricating strip on the razor. That is really a nice touch I'm not use to. And also it seemed even though it took more passes to shave this razor didn't Nick my skin at all.

I loved this razor until recently. I have bought three new handles and none of them will attach to my blades. I now have 10 blades without a handle that accepts them. Yes I am using the correct handle unless the one you sell with the blades is wrong. It should be a simple thing to make your blades fit the handle you sell with it.

Really like the razor for several years. However, over all these years the prices continue to climb. Why can't I find coupons for the refills? I see coupons for other Gillette products, but usually these coupons are for the complete (and new) razor products.

I’ve used these razors for several years.The last six months I’ve bought several packs of the replacement heads, your quality control went downhill considerably. A couple of times I put brand new blades on, and they are just rough as hell, seriously thinking of switching to another brand or something. Just getting tired of these not having sharp blades anymore, even right out the package. Used to be able to get several shaves out of one new head, but there’s been times I put a brand new ahead on and just throw it away cause it’s useless. Sincerely, long time user.

Have used this razor for many, many years. Have tried using other Gillette razors as well as razors from other makers and have never been as satisfied with my shave as I am when i use a Mach 3. I'd certainly recommend this razor to others and will be the razor I buy for my son for his first shave, when he is ready. It will be a family tradition to use Mach 3 razors.

I do a lot of dry shaving and the Mach 3 does a great job with no pulling or razor burn. Unlike the multi-blade razors, the three blades rinse clean and the Mach 3 is ready for next time.
