I’ve been using it on pork on the grill and it doesn’t burn as easily as regular sugar. I also like that it’s individual packs, it’s easier to travel with and not waste.

It is perfect for the topping of an apple crumble, I love that it gives it a little more texture. It’s also very cute to use as a “natural” sprinkle or garnish.
