I add it to my morning coffee everyday. I even take the packets w me to go in case the establishment I go to doesn't carry sugar in the raw.

The very subtle taste of molasses is also a great addition to whatever you use Sugar in the Raw to sweeten. The packets are a very convenient way to measure the perfect portion or to take with on the go! What a perfect natural sweetner!

I like that it is brown sugar, since that is typically what I buy. I took away one star because the granules don’t dissolve with anything cold. So you have to use this product only with hot liquids, unless you want your final sip to be nothing but sugar.

I like that it’s all natural and plant based and also plan to try it in my baking. The best part is it doesn’t taste fake and the flavor is very enjoyable.

Also, I ended up using some of this in a smoothie instead of normal bleached sugar, and it tasted wonderful. I highly recommend giving this a try in both coffee and a smoothie!

I really liked it, the only downside was I was hoping to use it in my iced coffees, but the crystals are large and it was hard to get them to dissolve in cold drinks. But I’d definitely try it again!
