I don't think it's great in baking because I feel like the thickness of the sugar won't distribute evenly. I have to add more to get the sweetness that I desire but overall I think this raw sugar is pretty tasty and I would continue to use it.

I've been using Sugar in the Raw for quite some time. The packets are conveniently portioned with 20 cals in each one. 1-2 packets provides perfect amount of sweetness with delicate molasses hint. There is no weird aftertaste. The product is non-GMO and packaged in US. As far as sweeteners are concerned, this is a great option.

I usually add a crap ton of sugar free vanilla creamer, yeah I'm that person LOL! I decided to mix in the sugar in the raw in black coffee first. I mixed it in and the best review is that I didn't need as much creamer as usual! Definitely compliments coffee well!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good tasting sugar product. Only downfall is the large size of the crystals themselves. If you’re using them in something where they are not baked, melted, etc, you will definitely notice a crunch when chewing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the concept of raw sugar and this does have a good taste, but the granules are a bit large for me. I like putting sugar in my iced coffee so that it doesn’t dissolve and there’s a nice bit of sugar crunch at the bottom of my drink, but with these large granules it’s too much.
