Good product but just average price but reliable.

Pretty good system - good detail at 50' out. Basic installation is fairly simple and straightforward. One camera not working out of the box so deduct a star. The manual covers some of the basic DVR setup but it does not go into any detail on how to set up any of the more advanced features, so deduct another star for a horrible manual.

After six months plus of non stop recording, we feel that we made an excellent purchase. Our system works flawlessly, during our cruise to Eastern Caribbean we were able to check our home via internet on our cellphones & tablet from our ship, ((Internet Service required while on board)) also we got notifications of couple packages delivered to our front door and our beautiful neighbor picking our delivery's for safekeeping while we were gone on vacation. We'll be on the market for a new home in about a year and I'm considering purchasing a new unit for our new home & keep the current system as security for our older home as a rental unit.

Installed this system for my store and very happy with the performance and clarity of the video. Easy install and lots of flexibility.

I purchased my cameras on 6/2017 and everything was working fine until camera #2 started beeping and would go off for a period of time and then come back on when it's ready. I had my Tech check it out and the same thing kept happening. I recommended this product to my in-laws and now she has the same problem with camera #2 beeping and going off-line. The beeping noise is very annoying when you are trying to sleep.

If customer service was worth anything, I'd probably rate this much higher. Never could get video on my phone- showed the cameras were there, but no picture. Worked with 3 different tech support people- they all sounded like they were working from home and had just rolled out of bed- never introduced themselves, never asked for my name or call back in case we were disconnected- appeared there was no protocol for troubleshooting- each one took a different route and none of them were able to solve the problem. First one referred me back to my ISP, saying "this shouldn't be this difficult". ISP said I needed a public IP address, and tacked that onto my service- still didn't resolve the issue. The last guy said it was my phone, which was weird since I can access 3 other systems I own or have access to. Finally gave up and returned to Sam's Club (thank goodness for their return policy). Picture quality was decent, and appears to be a quality product otherwise- just that Wisenet customer service seems very unprofessional to me.

The system is loud. The hard drive is loud. The camera do not stay on they turn off, and do not provide feed. One of the camera randomly provides bad feed. Unsure what is wrong with the system. Been dealing with the manufacture for over 6 months trying to fix my issues.

My husband had this system installed in our home. Inside and out which is great BUT the smart phone app is HORRIBLE. The clarity is amazing. Zoom is great too. But the app needs some major overhauling and redone. It wont load our cameras so we can see them when we aren't home and cant get them to pull up online either thru the website. For the price its just not worth it if the options given wont work so you can protect your home.

So camera image quality is good, plastic housing is of cameras is ok. THe only thing is that you can not have multiply viewers at 1 time. You can only have 1 person at a time with the same email and password. Then it will kick you out if your spouse tries to view also. that is the only draw back for me. and I install security systems, so wont be buying this one anymore..

I bought month ago ,I am so happy bought this ,easy to login in the app just need user name and password.
