We bought this system because our old systems night vision left a lot to be desired. The daytime views are way more clear and you can actually see almost as clear as day on night mode. For the money it's a great value.

Was very easy to install wisenet app needs a little work

I purchased this system mid December and have installed it with little effort. The manuals (electronically downloaded), were very accurate, and the screen resolution is better than my previous $1,500 system provided. The only downside is the cable length. The eight camera cables are only 60 feet long. For my home I needed 6 of the cables to be 100 feet long. I was able to purchase longer cables on the internet, so overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

Bought this system a month ago and installed 4 of the 8 cameras.will eventually install 6 of the 8.install eas a breeze and setup also.my only issue is that its ome login at a time.hopefully with the software upgrade .they add multiple simultaneous users in that.qlty of pic is beautiful

We upgraded our old camera system to this..... Oh my it is so much better. We only used 7 of the 8 cameras, we get double coverage in some of the areas which is great. The night views are great too, when the flood lights come on it is like the cameras are recording in color. We love that we can zoom in and read license plates on the cars down the street. We really like this system. Easy to install and the fact we can access the system from our android phone makes us feel more comfortable about being away on vacation.

the system installed easily and did everything it said it was supposed to do. It's been in one week and seems to work ok. The only drawback is that the system is supposed to have remote smart phone access. While it does have this, only 1 person can access the system, which means that as long as I have the App on my phone, my wife can't access the system at all. That's a pretty big minus if you ask me. It never stated this on the reviews or when researching this system. I didn't find out about this limitation until I read the installation manual

Five days after the security camera's were installed one quit working. Had one remaining camera which had not been installed so replaced it for the non-working one. Contacted Wisenet and was told to send the malfunctioning camera for repair. Had to send the camera at my expense. The remaining cameras seem to be working well. Pictures are clear.

I bought this system and installed it setup was really easy the only problem I had was viewing it on the app wisenet life I could only view from one device at a time if this was stated on the product online I would not have bought it I hope they find a solution someday !

I'm VERY disappointed with this product. The "high-res pictures" are good, BUT, text is TOO SMALL, and there is no way to enlarge it. For us older folks with less than 20-20 vision this is a BIG problem. The company response is to get a larger monitor with higher resolution, but that only makes the problem worse. I'm using a magnifying glass to read the menus. Also, there is something about the AVI and MP4 file format from the DVR that is not "standard". These files will not play correctly on two of my computers (both of which play these formats from all other sources with no problem), but does play correctly on a third computer. If I run one of these files through a video conversion program, the converted version plays as it should on the same computer where the original does not.

I purchased this system for the sole reason of having video backed up to "the cloud" in the event my shop was burglarized again and the thieves made out with the DVR.... Well... out of this 8 camera system, you are only able to upload 2 channels to "the cloud" if you purchase subscription, and upload only one camera feed to "the cloud" with a free trial.
