Making a big mess ... having a lot of issues

Makes a good espresso, but controls are very counter intuitive to use.

Makes a great cup of coffee when it works, but pump stopped working within 2 weeks.

This machine prepares good espresso, but it is noisy. When I made espresso, my children woke up.

Bought this machine as a second machine if my other need service. We use it very seldom. I needed it a week ago and can't remove infuser to clean it out. I'm very disappointed.

It makes coffee, which is good. But it is so loud that you can hear it all over the house. I like to use my 20oz yeti cups for coffee on the go, but all you can use with this machine is a cup about 4 inches tall. Even the 16oz Chinet cups from Sams won't fit under it, you have to prop them up. I realize it is not designed to make large cups, but this one seems a little excessive there. It does have a lot of features.

This product outperformed my expectations. I'm an avid coffee drinker and have owned this product for a little over two months. I use it everyday to make multiple cups. It's simple to use but does require upkeep. The beans are poured on top and the grinding process is as loud as every other coffee grinder. It automatically presses the coffee and delivers decent espresso. The frother works great, I remove the outer piece and clean it everyday after use. It does require refilling every other day if you use it as much as me. I've also descaled the machine once. It comes with the first descaler. The machine will tell you when it's time to do that. I simply watched a YouTube video and it wasn't difficult to do but I'm guessing it's something I'll have to do every two months or so. So yes, this machine requires upkeep and maintenance but it's saving me a fortune and I'm producing better quality coffee than the coffee I was getting for $5 a pop at the coffee shop.

Didn't work

This coffeemaker does not heat the water sufficiently to make a minimally decent cup of coffee....we tried everything, adjusted the heat, adjusted the grind, bought really expensive beans.......nothing worked. The coffee always tasted dull and bitter. Returned this coffee maker and pulled out my old Hamilton Beach Flexbrew...............it made GREAT coffee.
