Nightmare

I bought the machine and had problems ongoing. I kept asking for a replacement. They kept asking for copies of the receipt. This machine is online only. So I had a digital receipt. They never acknowledged that and constantly kept saying send a receipt. The machine makes coffee that taste like burnt chemicals. Customer service is no service at all. Hoping this helps or at least gets their attention.

During brewing coffee make strange noises coming out from it. The used coffee has to be empty very often. After using 3-4 times.

2nd unit I've owned. Needy, but capable.

Pretty much wore the 1st one out after roughly 3 years of use. I use primarily for making americanos, which it does a fairly good job at. However, this thing seems its always in need of something, be it more water, empty the used grounds. Etc.
