The reason I gave it a low rating is because my order was damaged when it arrived. The coffee and laundry detergent was punctured. They replaced the 2 items but when I opened the cookies they were damaged too.

Product Ruined from Afternoon Delivery!

The actual product is usually very good. But for some reason, Sams does not have an early morning delivery (they used to), so the earliest was in the afternoon after the product was laying in a hot delivery truck for god knows how long! I wouldn't mind paying the extra $8 delivery fee for an early am delivery!

Cookie Crumbles

I’ve had these shipped several times but the last time was horrible. There’s minimum amount to order, 2 boxes that’s actually 6 packages. All six packages were broken into small pieces. I had planned to dip them for the holidays, but I can’t do anything with them now. It’s a cookie crumble mess.

Cookie Crush

We ordered two box (total of 6 packages) All 6 packages arrived with crushed cookies. Absolutely not edible. It could possibly be Ice cream or cake topping but there are Not a Single one that is recognizable as a cookie! And Sam’s does not have an option to return these items for refund!!
