I have been a loyal customer of Northern for at least 25 years, but no more! Over the years, I have seen the rolls get narrower, and the paper get "fluffier" on the roll, but there is far less paper on the roll. I was changing the roll daily for two people, when I realized that something was really wrong with this situation. I have changed to another brand, and I could not be happier. Northern insults our intelligence if they think we don't realize how they manipulate the amount of paper on the rolls, even as the prices go up.

Your product is great, and is usually 1 of 3 brands we buy. The more coupons you share, the more we use them to buy that product. More Northern coupons = we buy your product vs the other 2. Please also bear in mind when sending coupons: Not all households NEED packages of 12 MEGA rolls - pls send some coupons that are usable for smaller households who do not purchase these jumbo roll count packages. Do you have coupons applying to smaller packages? Are you sending these too?

Just bought a Mega 12 roll pack of Quilted Northern Ultra Soft & Strong toilet paper. The rolls are not cut properly - as I use the roll on one side you get a 3/8” sliver of paper that is cut from the main roll that comes off. First, this is a hassle as you have to peel off the “sliver” before you use it OR, pick it off the floor as it falls off the roll. Second, you don't get the full use of the roll. This product is expensive compared to competing products and it's disappointing to see this. I will say Quilted Northern is the toilet paper we've used for quite a while and this is the first time I've seen this type of product defect.

I bought Northern bathroom tissue many times in the past and have been pleased with those purchases. However, this most recent purchase of this particular product packed 12 compare 48. I noticed that the tissue was very very thin. This was very disappointing to me, especially with how much toilet tissue as well as all paper products cost today.Maybe I just got a bad batch.

Have not bought in a while, rolls are smaller...likely will not buy again.

I love this so much and is the brand of toilet paper I will buy. Its sof and I feel safe that it won't fall apart on me.

This is my go to toilet paper! It is strong and it is soft. It does not make me itchy like other brands which is a huge plus because it is a pleasant experience when using it. It also is very affordable and it lasts.

I have always liked Northern Tissue the best!! The softness & texture are great & it doesn't tear while you are using it! Our butts need all the softness they can get!!

I used to buy a different brand but ever since my fiance moved in with me years ago he introduced me into this brand and smoothness and never will choose any other product over this
