I have always bought northern but lately I have NOT liked the product . You cannot get the roll started - the layers all stick together . Does not roll off as sheets - you get shreds

This used to be our "go to" when it came to toilet paper, but the latest purchase is rough, uncomfortable, and more paper-like. Why ruin a good thing?

I have been a loyal Quilted Northern consumer for 12 years. I have recently noticed a decline in the quality of Quilted Northern Ultra Soft & Strong. I am dissatisfied with this product.

I don't have a toilet paper dispenser that can accept the ‘mega' rolls. This was great toilet paper and now it is no longer made for the millions of us who have standard size dispensers.

The last few times I have bought this, (at Sam's) the sections do not tear off, but shred as if the 'cutters' need sharpened or adjusted. I like the tissue, but may consider another brand if it doesn't separate better.

The stretch factor doesn't seem to have any purpose. The problem is how messy the roll gets when you try to rip off some. it does not tear neatly on a perforated line like most TP does but rips very unevenly with pieces hanging down.

While I LOVE your products, I can't stand the new commercial using "We Built This City" spin-off. I literally change the channel or mute it. It's extremely annoying!

We've used Northern toilet paper for years and years and the last pack I got was like sandpaper. What happened. Don't even think we are going to be able to use it. I hate to be so negative since I've always been pleased and satisfied.

always have used Northern,,this latest product with strech is like newspaper..hard not soft compared it to old roll I had in bathroom..not a good change..why do you companies always change what you have..not broken..don't fix!!

although the product says "ultra soft and strong" it is definitely not Soft but rather rough and scratchy - may try ultra plush or just look for another brand - very disappointed in Northern as is my family.
