I didn't care for this mop. There was too much water left in the mop even after spinning it repeatedly. I had to actually ring it out by hand. I'll be returning this and going back to what worked for me.

This mop set is awful! The handle is too short. When I extend it and try to scrub the floor it collapses. It doesn't spin or wring the water out. Do not waste you money on this. I'm so disappointed.

If you feel tension, fully lock it, then extend to lock in place.<br />If you don&#39;t feel tension at the midway point, slide the handle slowly and continue to check for tension.<br />It seems the locking mechanism needs to be re-engaged. <br />Again, please let us know how we can assist you by reaching to our team for support.

We appreciate the feedback! The red triangle-shaped frame and connector on the RinseClean refill are smaller than the EasyWring Spin mop to provide improved maneuverability, however the actual microfiber mop strings are the same in size providing the same great cleaning performance and cleaning into tight spaces and corners. Easy to use, the bucket is a spin wheel to ring out the mop and I just don’t feel like it’s the most practical way of doing that. The mop is not very full so it scratches my vintage wood floors.

When mopping, it’s best to flare the mop head so that all fibers make contact with the surface and the red base lies flat on the floor and the pointed part of the red base is facing forward when mopping. This will help with the issue you are experiencing.
