Please try the following to lock your handle in place.<br />You may only need to adjust one section depending on which locking mechanism needs to be <br />re-engaged.<br />Hold the red handle in your right hand - grey in left<br />Extend halfway (not fully) turn red handle away from you to lock<br />Extend bottom grey part (closest to the base where the treads are) halfway<br />Turn grey toward you, red away to lock. <br />If this does not work for you, please contact us on our website, customer contact us page.
