Fix the mop handle and it would be 5 stars.

Handel on the mop will not stay up this is the second one I have bought and I have had to duct tape both of the handles. Otherwise love this product.

I don’t recommend this mop.

The handle collapses continuously and makes it impossible to effectively use the mop. The design of the handle on the bucket causes it to be very unstable when lifting and moving it. The mop also leaves too much water on the floor when mopping.

The mop handle doesn't stay up even when you lock it and twist it it still comes down. The mop comes off the mop way too easily even when you clap it in place it comes out for your mopping or ringing. The mop out is the worst mop bucket that I've ever bought.
