I've always used the dinky dollar store mop for a "good" clean and I've used the Swiffer mop with the pads for touch ups. I don't expect much from the dollar store mop and Swiffer is just so expensive because you have to use basically the whole container of pads to do one room. I decided to get this mop because I've seen a bunch of people rave about it but assumed I'd have buyers remorse. Spending nearly $40 for a mop just wasn't justifiable UNTIL I used it. I have 3 dogs and a back yard that gets very muddy. I bought this and some type of floor cleaner for pets and my floors look AMAZING. Like I said, with the Swiffer I'm constantly changing the pads and with the cheapo mop, I'm constantly rinsing and wringing out. But this bad boy, I only rinsed and wrung 3 times, which took a whole 3 seconds, and the white head came out pretty dirty after I just mopped 2 days ago! It got in cracks and crevices that the others couldn't get into! Overall, 100% worth it.

To say I love this mop and bucket would be a huge understatement! It is a game changer...not only can you mop without getting your hands wet and nasty but you can manage how wet your mop is...depending on the type floor you're cleaning ie...tile can handle more "wetness" than a wood floor. The only issue would be the mop pole can get "loose" after you've used it a few times but some Gorilla tape at the screw joint fixes it completely. Everyone I know that uses this mop loves it!!

My sister in law swears by this mop. I thought it would mop my floors for me, so I was a little disappointed that I had to still do the forward and back mopping. But the spin system works very well and the microfiber cloth is exceptional. It definitely takes the annoying parts out of mopping.

Shipping arrived before it stated and all items received in good shape. Only used once since I received. Using as dry mop and duster was great. Using as a wet mop, didn't spin as dry as I thought it should, but might just have been me. In all it did the job.

I bought this mop few months ago and loved it unfortunately today pedal would not work.Called customer service at O'Cedar and worst customer service ever dealt with. The pin has rusted that makes the pedal work and this is apparently due to using cleaning products to clean your floors. Imagine that you are not supposed to use cleaning products to clean your floors!! I was also told I was not storing the mop properly that my garage is not climate controlled so once ago the rust was blamed on me. Wonderful product that could easily be fixed with a pin made of different material maybe plastic that would not rust. Instead I now have useless product that I had loved. And once again let me restate that this was the worst customer service ever!!!!

I originally purchased one few years back from a different store and it came with only one refill. Cleaned my laminate floors very well and dried quickly. Last week the handle finally broke. Just purchased this set from Sams and very excited that it came with 4 refills.

Very easy to use I enjoy the hot water mix with a little bit of Fabuloso to mop. I’ve been using swifter for years now and decided to try out the mopping. Nice to not have to use my hands to get the water off the mop head. I’ve washed two of the mop heads so far and they came back out white. Very impressed and glad I have this to an addition to clean the floor. I look forward to using it clean the doors and walls!

Best purchase in a long time, right after getting husband. I really like that can use just water if that is what I want. This leaves no streaking. I use to do mopping and hated it but we got all new floors and knew I needed to do better. After 3 back surgeries I don't bend very good and with this can wring out mop without touching it and it can be as damp or dry as I want to mop. Will not hesitate to recommend.

Quality seemed less than those purchased in the past. Plastic isn't as sturdy. Not sure if lost in shipping due to box being outside of Sam's box. Refills were not included... Purchased this for a friend have used this type of mop for past 15 years. Can definitely tell a decline in the quality of product... A much better option available, but for the price increase you would think the quality would have stayed the same.

Amazing product, cut my time in half. I sent one to my daughter, my son and rave about it to anyone who'll listen lol. My daughter says they should pay me for being a spokesperson lol. Yeah, it's just a mop, but when you have 2400sq ft of porcelain that requires drying with my old mop and you are done in no time, life is good.
