love this mop. period

Shipping arrived before it stated and all items received in good shape. Only used once since I received. Using as dry mop and duster was great. Using as a wet mop, didn't spin as dry as I thought it should, but might just have been me. In all it did the job.

This mop does not drip water all over the place. The spinner takes the excess water out and the small triangle mop head gets into tight corners and does a great job on baseboards also. This allows you to use your favorite cleaner and never feels like you leave a film behind.

Quality seemed less than those purchased in the past. Plastic isn't as sturdy. Not sure if lost in shipping due to box being outside of Sam's box. Refills were not included... Purchased this for a friend have used this type of mop for past 15 years. Can definitely tell a decline in the quality of product... A much better option available, but for the price increase you would think the quality would have stayed the same.

I originally purchased one few years back from a different store and it came with only one refill. Cleaned my laminate floors very well and dried quickly. Last week the handle finally broke. Just purchased this set from Sams and very excited that it came with 4 refills.

Amazing product, cut my time in half. I sent one to my daughter, my son and rave about it to anyone who'll listen lol. My daughter says they should pay me for being a spokesperson lol. Yeah, it's just a mop, but when you have 2400sq ft of porcelain that requires drying with my old mop and you are done in no time, life is good.

The bucket needs two compartments. One compartment for cleaning solution and the other under the spinning of the mop to contain the dirty particles picked up from cleaning the floor. As it is designed now the mop goes back into the same dirty water after it spins out for more cleaning. Two separate compartments would work so much better at cleaning.

I bought this mop few months ago and loved it unfortunately today pedal would not work.Called customer service at O'Cedar and worst customer service ever dealt with. The pin has rusted that makes the pedal work and this is apparently due to using cleaning products to clean your floors. Imagine that you are not supposed to use cleaning products to clean your floors!! I was also told I was not storing the mop properly that my garage is not climate controlled so once ago the rust was blamed on me. Wonderful product that could easily be fixed with a pin made of different material maybe plastic that would not rust. Instead I now have useless product that I had loved. And once again let me restate that this was the worst customer service ever!!!!

Pretty good mop for quick after dinner cleanup. Mop rings out well so there are no puddles left on the floor. The only negatives are the handle is a little on the short side (and I’m only 5’2) and somewhat flimsy. Also, the mop heads aren’t machine washable and I don’t feel like they get very clean with hand washing.
